It does, yeah. I’m not sure if there’s any advantages to Floorp’s implementation or anything else that makes it preferable to upstream or a more shallow fork.

Uhhh yeah got my grammar mixed up there sorry, what I meant is it does not have telemetry and it has smooth scrolling and general stability out of the box.
I like my scrolling and stability like I like my coffee: erratic and specialized.
