minus-square@intensely_human@lemm.eelinkfedilink1•7 months agoI can’t cite studies off the top of my head, but I would wager each step of this is supported: muscle tension release -> improved mental health ** or if not then at least massage therapy -> improved mental health magnesium -> reduced muscle tension Of those two steps, which do you doubt more?
