4 months agoI think of the nice things about PieFed is that you don’t need to install an app, you can ‘install’ the webapp, which works just fine .
Meanwhile, Voyager works great . :) I started with the PWA, but I like using Voyager a lot more because of the presentation, the swipe gestures (I was a user of Apollo for Reddit on iOS, Voyager is the closest experience). The PWA is decent, but to me a dedicated mobile app is two classes above.
Just tried it out, it’s… weird. Looks like the mobile version but on my desktop, there is even a toggle between Apple/Android UI. It does not feel desktop native to me. I love your mobile app, it’s my client for PieFed (even though it’s experimental, it works well).
