On the contrary - I think if Iran released any of the blackmail on trump that supposedly exists, things would take a wild turn.

However, I do concede this is likely an optimistic view

Why not volunteer for Habitat for Humanity? Teach an ESL class? Host a block party? Spend time with senior citizens at the local nursing home? Read books to kids at the library? Help out at an animal shelter? Clean up litter from the streets?

The possibilities are endless

I’m not sure if it was touched on in this article, but the scammers convinced the guy (over a few hours on the phone) the driver was there to hurt him if he didn’t hand over the money.

I certainly don’t agree with his actions, but reducing the entire thing to racist violence is misguided and ignores everything that happened leading up to her death.

I agree the question is a bit far fetched, at best - but that’s no reason to be mean

That’s surprising to me. I’ve had the opposite experience, only encountering one butthead (who had plenty of downvotes).
