Chicken divan. Delicious stuff, easy to make, give it a shot if it looks good to you.
This and every single perforated paper/plastic that never fucking tears correctly.
And they have no pull off tab, and your finger nails are just a tiny bit too long and you bend one the wrong way 🤕
A lot more tiktok for me. Say what you will of the platform, it’s at the beginning of the enshittification spectrum and has a ton of original and interesting content.
I do use Lemmy every day too tho.
Thanks for the heads up! Bit out of my price range though.
Yow, they must be doing well their whole website is sold out
I don’t get the response in this thread. All the complainers need to go run your own instance for free and leave yourself personally open to potential lawsuits. You’re not even on the lemmy.world instance, so you’re shitting on admins from an instance making a decision to legally protect themselves, oh and it does not affect you at all. Programming.dev might get sued at some point, or at the very least they have to live with the stress of that potential.
Yep, always my first thought. If you’re in the US you can get tax benefits by making your home more energy efficient. It’s doable yourself but hiring someone to do it will eventually pay for itself.
And for the attic don’t just pile on insulation, need a good air sealing first if that’s no good.

He’s saying the same talking points at every interview and handling this situation like Chris Licht did before he got fired at CNN, had some ideas for change that people weren’t necessarily against but shove it down their throats with out any finesse or flexibility or fairness and everyone is unhappy and it exposed the true motive. Licht \ CNN was being forced to the right by the owner and billionaire investors, and Reddit is just plain forcing out 3rd party apps (that helped build reddit in the first place, and have been open to paying a reasonable amount for api access) to try and boost revenue. My favorite take on all this is from Arstechnica:
But Reddit’s biggest asset is its community. Charging for its API may be a necessary evil to survive an uncertain future, but Reddit’s attitude against its own community isn’t. Reddit is burning bridges on its quest for cash without showing an ounce of sympathy.
Oh, I took your original question more generically. You can use last.fm to provide you with recommendations in general according to what you listen to (after scrobbling your library for a while), but acquiring the recommendations (and/or integrating into your active playlist) is a whole other thing. I’m sure it’s possible but I don’t know of out of the box way. Might be a plugin or something out there for it somewhere. That’s why the convenience of streaming can be pretty nice.
