If it’s only been four days it shouldn’t even be at full effectiveness tho. I remember having to slowly increase my dose over a couple weeks until I was at therapeutic level, and if I missed a bunch of time I had to do it again.

Fidget rings are great but it’s hard getting them in metal I can wear, since I break out with most cheap steel rings. Had one in silver but since silver is pretty soft the ring isn’t circular anymore but the fidget bands are and they slip off.

Worldwide? That’s crazy. I had to switch to generic Ritalin for a while but I’m able to get generic XR Adderall again as of a month ago.
