I was diagnosed with ODD as a teenager (along with at least half a dozen other things). To this day 30 years later, I still think it’s the lamest shit ass label they could have come up with. Rebellious teenager? Nope. Disorder! Like GTFO of here with that shit. I had an IEP at some point too. But I probably fucked that up when I crushed up my desoxyn in the special ed room and got narced out. Anyways, probably irrelevant, but I always hated the label being applied to me personally. Ymmv

I can say I never assaulted the staff. Just didn’t want to participate or show up. Assault is some bullshit that should not fly regardless of an IEP.
