Probably right but I did get my internet shut off by Parámount due to a poorly set up VPN (user error /skill issue).
It was not a big deal - I just had to fill out a web form promising to stop and they turned it on. But it freaked me out. Pretty unexpected, but I guess they still do it sometimes.
