Assuming you are referencing torrenting.
I have seen US ISPs try to “blackmail” you by listing or verbally articulating the name of the offending content, but that was about a decade ago, and that is typically in situations where the torrent seeder was literally the copyright holder or an agent thereof, who then turns around and submits a DMCA complaint. To my knowledge ISPs aren’t doing deep packet inspection to see what kind of porno you’re pirating.
If you are paranoid and want to avoid this-
Join a reputable private tracker. This will keep bad actors out of the swarm (everyone gets vetted and has to be invited to the community, all browsing of torrents is encrypted, actual website is hosted somewhere that isn’t subject to DMCA, etc.)
Get a seedbox hosted in a locale that isn’t subject to DMCA. Basically you pay a hosting fee, then all your torrents get downloaded and seeded “from elsewhere” and you only ever connect to that box over SSH or SFTP or somesuch, to transfer the content securely to your local computer.
