    12 ounces in a Keurig.

    5120 ounces in a 40 gallon hot water heater.

    Around 427.

      Except you don’t need all 40 gallons at once.

      You only need to match the flow rate out of the shower head.

          Personally, I brew a cup with a keurig, pour it on my head, brew another one, pour it… and keep going until all the soap is rinsed off.
