I don’t fear death. O. Welcome it. What I fear is surviving it. Have you seen what the u.s. health care do to people who are not wealthy after they survive almost dying? Also I don’t fear death because this world is. Pain and misery and ending it would be a blessing.
I trained my service dog to harass me if I been on my computer for to long. She knows precisely how to make me stop. Honestly don’t knock how she learned it but she gets in my view and stares at me intensely.
For me having a dog does help with those problems of being to hyper fixated on my computer for to long.
Panic cry and panic more. Not having a special interest to dive completely into causes a lot of panic and anxiety. Usually because once I’m done with a hyper fixation there isn’t a lot of options because of waves at everything. So just usually panic and cry.

Always remember, gender is something that can change over time. Doesn’t mean your gender fluid, just means your different gender at different times is all. Everyone says your born a specific gender, but gender is what you specify you are at any given time in your life. No matter what, always remember you and your gender you feel at any time is normal and it’s totally ok to explore what gender you are. And yes you can be gender fluid at different times too. And that’s ok.
I live in America and I don’t live in other countries I’m hoping that’s not the same in other countries though, but that is what my experience is living in America. As always your milage may very depending on your location.
Always remember homelessness isn’t a problem in America’s society, it a feature of it. To keep people in line and to fear going on strike/fighting back. They like to keep a bit around to keep the society working Out of fear of becoming homeless, and throw the “bad” ones into slavery (aka prison)

According to the controller settings it’s R1 on my steam. Go look in options and controller for some other nice things you can do. I have nearly all experience on keyboard though as Factorio with controller configuration is really just. It made well Imo

There should be organizations around you that can help you with therapy if your low income for instance I heard volunteers of America have sliding scale based on income including zero Income.
