Well, anyone watching would already know I’m fucked in the head. So I doubt they’d be surprised when I went on a killing spree for having been violated like that

What? You think the nanobot drones disguised as vaccines are new thing?

When the world shits on your neck, go out hard

What’s your definition set? Are you using sentience as being the same or different from consciousness and/or sapience? There’s multiple usages for sentient as a term, and this is a complex enough subject that I don’t want to waste your time yammering on about the wrong thing lol

Generally, you want a fairly low heat and plenty of air movement. Which places a toaster oven with a convection fan at the top of the heap, imo. Air fryers tend not to be able to be set as low, but they’ll work, as would a full sized subsection oven (though ffs that’s a lot of energy used)
You can get by with a lidded pan and something to keep the sandwich off of the actual metal directly.
If you gotta use a microwave, try opening the sandwich, then wrapping it all in paper towels. It’s hit or miss, but it usually keeps the bread intact.

Ahhhh, that makes it much easier to choose magic. As long as I don’t have to leave my people behind, I’m down for that

My fellow lemmite, you gotta find a way to take a break. That’s the equivalent of someone rolling up to a group of folks at the mall and ranting about politics.
While totally understandable that you’re stressed over it, the way you did it and the way you phrased it all is worrying. For real, no sarcasm, no snark, it makes me concerned that you’re on the edge of a breakdown. You have anyone irl that can help you find some outlet? Maybe a good game night with friends, whatever sport you might play? You can’t hold onto that kind of anger and stay healthy, physically. Like, the stress you must be feeling will harm your body.
I’m not even a people person, and I don’t know you, but if you were my neighbor I’d want to hug your neck and tell you that you’re not alone, that maybe we should grab some nice iced tea and sit a spell, give you a chance to let it all out to someone that’ll really listen.
Take care of yourself, okay? It’s an ugly world, but if you let it grind you down much more, it’ll just get uglier.

This is not really the right community, but I wanna play anyway lol.
If I’m getting your scenario right, the choice is between being you, but not having access to the Wizard class (or whatever it would be called) and limited to other classes; or not being you at all in terms of consciousness and being a wizard.
If that’s accurate, what would be the point of reincarnation? You wouldn’t get to enjoy any of it as your self. So unless the scenario factors in souls having memory and you’d get to enjoy it that way, it seems a pretty bad choice in terms of experiential immersion.
So, obviously, with that in mind, I’ll take the brand new body, thank you. Though if I can’t do so with my people also being present, I’d opt out entirely. I’m not sacrificing the good in my life, abandoning the people that love me and rely on me, just for an adventure. That’s what d&d is for, you dig? Taking an adventure like that without at least my wife is a hell no.

Handicapped citizens is a term used to be neutral in most places, nor exclusionary for non citizens

Wait, so we’re supposed to have walkable cities and towns to minimize vehicle use, but we can’t also have the equivalent of handicapped parking for the folks that need it most?
I’m not sure what’s infuriating about this. It’s exactly the same principle as handicapped parking, and there should be more of these.
Yeah, ideally you’d have enough benches around so that everyone can cop a squat as needed/wanted. But let’s be fucking real here, a healthy, able bodied person in their twenties or thirties isn’t going to need a seat as often.
Also, fuck that boomer stupidity. We’re supposed to make a world that allows our elderly to have freedom of access and personal mobility. Idgaf what empty headed shit you have against actually baby boomers, we are all going to get old, die, or die before getting old. It’s about fucking supporting each other when we’re in need. Today’s boomers? Well, you’ll be them in fifty years and looking back at this and think “holy fuck, I wish I had a place to sit before trying this next block” this shit helps you, your mother, your uncle, and eventually your kids.
Gtfo with your ablist, ageist shit

I’ll answer with a question that should well serve as an answer
What boycott?

If you can’t moderately well ensilo your online identity, then definitely nuke them regularly.
I’m lucky with this name that I’m not the only person using it across the entire internet. It obfuscates me more than it might otherwise. But you gotta protect yo neck. If you’re gong to us the same name a lot, don’t provide identifying info.
Be vague, or outright lie about things that would place your location and real identity. Otherwise, burn it

Originally, it was all about the awareness of systemic injustice, particularly surrounding African Americans.
Eventually, it shifted to an awareness of systemic flaws in general, and social imbalances and injustice, outside of purely governmental bounds.
Now? It’s turned into a clear and easy way to tell someone is a moron because nobody else uses it any more, so it’s always someone saying that woke is bad without eve. Understanding what it is

I have a rather intimate relationship with death. I did a lot of end of life care, so facing mortality happened early in my life, before I was even old enough to vote.
I don’t fear death because it isn’t scary. Dying can be scary, as in all the bullshit that takes you from healthy and alive to not. If it’s sudden and fast, you won’t know it’s there. If it’s slow, well, death becomes a visitor you long to see.
No matter what you do, you will die. That can bring peace. Accept the fact of it. Know that, some day, everything comes to its natural end. It’s certain, reliable, the one true constant we can count on. No matter what else the universe throws at our tailless monkey asses, death awaits with its open arms to embrace us all. I call that comfort.

Well, if you mean normal as a synonym for typical or common, then a couple of times a week is where most adult, premenopausal women sit. Or, those that were willing to take part in surveys, which could skew things.
If you mean normal as a synonym for healthy, then normal is whatever frequency meets your sexual needs without interfering with the rest of your life.
Women tend to masturbate more as an enhancement of their sex life, supposedly (I didn’t do the studies, so I can only say so much). Which means that you might masturbate more often when having a satisfying sex life with partners. Men tend to have an upper limit to ejaculation frequency that tops out with a couple of times a day for most men before they can’t get an erection; the body just says nope and takes a rest. Three, maybe four ejaculations is where the average guy can crank some out, and most can’t sustain that every day.
Mind you, men can orgasm without ejaculation! But it ain’t easy to learn.
Women tend to be limited more by sensitivity and friction. The tissues of vulvae, vaginas, and clitorises gets abraded at some point, and with the elevated sensitivity brought on by orgasm, the typical woman is going to hit a similar limit as men in terms of sessions, but a higher number of orgasms may be involved per session. But! Those tissues recover quickly, so women are usually able to sustain their preferred frequency no matter how many a day it is, as the next day will have things back to typical conditions (again, on average).
So, if you’re an every day kinda gal, don’t worry. You’re within known boundaries of frequency. As long as it isn’t messing with the rest of your life, have fun and let the other people think what they will.

I do believe you called the origin of the single cell power. Iirc, they reused parts of the story in the comics later, and that’s where it crept in to 616

Sanford and son, absolutely. Well, no, because Redd Foxx is dead, and nobody else could play the role under the Sanford name and make it work. But a sitcom around a junk man, his son, and their hijinks while working from base of racial inequality? Sure, that would be easy to make work.
All in the Family though? Harder ask. See, the kind of gentle and approachable bigot that Archie was never existed. But people wanted to believe they did. Nobody would ever have credible suspension of disbelief with a the same premise now. And, worse, you couldn’t do it without addressing the elephant in the room. >!The GOP use the elephant as a symbol, and thus the maga segment of that party do as well. I hate that this explanation was remotely necessary!<.
The show wouldn’t be a humorous and often poignant dissection of American culture and values. It would be a shitshow of epic proportions.

Devolve into anxiety
Hmmm, but that standard, I would err on it being inseparable, and mostly on the side of being a benefit.
Any complex life form needs complex environmental feedback of some kind, because if it’s anything like life as we’ve conceived of it, it needs external energy (food in our case) and avoidance of damage (no matter how mild the environment).
Sentience is just a high grade of that fundamental concept. It’s the difference between something like a plant that grows towards light and away from competitors; and something like a shrimp that makes a constant loop of processing external stimuli vs internal algorithms that predict probable outcomes.
As such, it can only be a benefit on an evolutionary level that the form of sentience become as complex as the niche the organism needs to fill/exploit that niche. A shrimp only needs a low grade of sentience because it’s a fairly simple and small niche. An eagle would be a higher complexity sentience because the scale it functions in is massive and involves wider risk/reward variables, with attendant import to outcomes.
I don’t think any organism will develop more sentience capabilities than it needs for long, nor will it keep it for long once a given level of need is past. If eagles all get sent to a large underground bunker, they don’t need the brain power to process everything, nor the energy it takes to maintain it. You’ll end up with a simpler processing of stimuli. Less flexibility, but also less “stress” from repeated decision making.
None of that requires thought though. Decisions on that scale “is a rabbit going to fight back enough that I should avoid it”, where accumulated data in memory can be used to guesstimate outcomes, they don’t require a conscious process, any more than us catching a ball does. To the contrary, thinking about some things makes them harder to do well. If an eagle had to think its way through snagging a running rabbit, it would be fucked.
And that’s really where sentience ends: thought. When there’s a “self” to make a decision based on conflicting stimuli and memory.
So I don’t think sentience can ever be more of a drawback than a benefit. By its nature, it happened because it was a more successful way of surviving long enough to breed.
