I would describe it as a “serious” issue that affects usability. It means that for every line break that ends up “underneath” the keyboard, I need to scroll to see what I’m typing and then open the keyboard again.
I don’t think the behaviour was like this before.

Cab drivers have been way too sketchy where I live for my entire life.
Rideshares let me call them through an app, track my ride by GPS, let me see the full fare (including all taxes and fees) up-front, and always let me make 100% of my payment by credit card without complaint from the driver.
If taxis offered that where I live, Uber would’ve been dead on arrival like it is in Korea.

I tip 15% to all service employees.
My rule of thumb is to tip more to service workers that incur more personal expenses.
Restaurant workers? 10~15%. (They make at least minimum wage where I live just like takeout/fast food workers. I wish I could tip them 0% culturally)
Barbers/hairstylists? 15~20%.
Rideshare drivers get 20% minimum or more if it’s a cheap fare.

Also, a dongle takes up extra space compared to simply having a port built-in.
