9 days agoWe don’t have lentils nearly as much as we should, but when we do, it’s usually mujadara. Here’s a pretty basic recipe. There are fancier ones out there on the internet, but I like to keep it simple and easy.

It’s a main dish for us. With the caramelized onions on top and a dollop of sour cream it’s really quite filling.
