Then summit came with the support and I never left since. Sorry Interstellar, Summit just have the UX I prefer back when I used Sync for reddit. Sync for lemmy didn’t have piefed support back then.

When a small subreddits suddenly made it to front page (or I guess it’s /r/all now? Idk I hate new reddit), good luck to the mods

This has been my experience. Plenty if small subreddits I’ve perused where when they were small, they’re all politle (whether in humor, serious discussion, or sharing hobbies). In time as they grew it just brings in more and more uh, typical redditors. Thats when you knew either abandon ship and make /r/true[subject] or just cut it out.

While I’m lucky that the Apple earpods fit my ears so well that I’d say it’s the best earphones for me to sleep on my side (don’t sleep with wired earphones it’s a choking hazard), it’s only Apple’s.

Like for example take Reddit. I’ve been in small subs that grew too big for its own good. It’s always saddening to see them being riddled with bots and scammers and little to no effort to move away from them. Some managed to police and gatekeep better, but still stuck in reddit with no plans to move away.

I would like to be the change that I want to see and bring some of the community there, to the fediverse, but I don’t think I have the mental capacity and fortitude to take that role. I’ll just content to comment here and there for now. Never say never, as they say.
