No restaurants, not even a lift I think. It’s a disc on a concrete pillar

Not repurposed this one

It seems this one was commissioned as an antenna tower, not repurposed (according to Wikipedia). Might just be an architect that found the shape cool and practical.
As a kid I saw this one in Paris, bigger and with offices inside, but with the same purpose (radio and TV antennas) https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tour_hertzienne_TDF_site_Romainville

I assure you it’s not though. This is in the middle of the city.
Edit: it’s this tower, the article has a daylight picture. https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tour_Reyers

Yes really. But there are stupid people unfortunately that are not interested nor incentivised to change their predicament (privileges are very permissive to this kind). Someone stupid asking honest questions is the first step to healing though.

Movie: instructions not included.

You beat me to it, has to be this one mixed up with another one about the body expiring, Time Out maybe?

You throw a big party in a place as far as your eyes can see. You call it the event horizon.

I don’t like labels and I never considered myself a feminist but I probably am compatible to this label. I simply try to be a decent person to everyone regardless of virtually everything, and constantly ask myself whether any kind of bias or prejudice played a role in an opinion or decision I made.

Well many people can be wrong at the same time!
