I barely remember what I had for dinner… I definitely don’t remember shows or movies that well. I can rewatch a show every year or so and for the most part it will be unfamiliar enough to be entertaining even if I do recall some bits.
I used to read up on a bunch of conspiracies but I don’t think I ever really believed any of them too much, but if I had to say one specific conspiracy I do believe in it’s the tech bro oligarchy. People like Elon Musk and Peter Thiel are young enough and have essentially unlimited resources to enact their plan for “the world” as it were. Unfortunately I really believe they’re going to succeed eventually.

My grandmother would do this all the time. She would never accept that her determination, her skill, her prowess got her where she was, it was always “I thank God that he did this for me.”…NO GRANDMA, YOU DID THIS! It’s so frustrating to see people feel essentially powerless unless God does it for them.
I won’t pretend I’m an NYC expert or anything, but I do believe harlem has changed a lot from what the stereotypical idea of that area once was. I couldn’t say for sure so don’t place your safety in this Internet strangers hands lol
That’s more a NYC thing, I’m on long island, but I’ve been to the city many times and I wouldn’t say the homeless are everywhere, but they also aren’t entirely rare. The mugging stuff might happen depending on where you are and what time it is, but you’d have to really go off track from where you intended on being quite a bit to end up in those areas.

The states have the right to control the size and shape of their districts and is pretty much always done after the census which occurs every 10 years. The redistricting is supposed to be done to account for changes in population, but as you can see now Republicans pushed for a mid decade redistricting for reasons purely about political power, it has nothing to do with representation of people where the total population has changed.
That life isn’t a fairy tale. Some live the “ideal life” and a lot of others don’t. I’m one of the don’t and need to be reminded that it’s not abnormal, things don’t just work out for everyone.
I can only say how I would feel. I’m not sure about anyone else, but for me I’d just see them and say “lucky motherfucker…” Lol
For me though I absolutely have this idea of a “league.” I’m the poor guy, the ugly guy, for myself the vast majority of women aren’t just out of my league, they’re playing a totally different game lol my 10 years on dating sites corroborates that theory.
I don’t think there is a plan other than: Republicans will retain power at all costs. I don’t see anything changing for the positive.
If Democrats somehow do win, they’ll pull their usual “we need to look forward not backward” bullshit punishing no one. Fox News, Newsmax, OANN, hosts will have visually disturbing bloody strokes as they scream every night about how the Democrats are coming for you and you conservative beliefs and the Democrats will lose again in the very next election, continuing the decades long trend of: Republicans break everything, Democrats talk about fixing it, have no power, do nothing, and lose again.

I make a dish with vegetables, chickpea and chicken in the slow cooker with mostly a “Mediterranean” style seasoning, garlic, olive oil, parsley, etc, but I add a touch of soy sauce. It might work for your vegetable soup as well depending on what’s in it.
